Reasonably priced and quaint hotel located in a secure area very close to from shopping to eateries. Pool bar, a nice size room with 2 Queen size beds, a microwave plus sky movies. Handy location to Claudelands Park. Very very good experience and reasonable value.

Everything is very good, the room is recently refurbished with sky movies and the upper level 241 and a fridge. The property's location is fantastic, really close to from shopping to eateries and the town center.

The bed was very comfy and the room was spotless and cheap. Besides, the location was great and handy for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Waikato River. We visited cafeterias and a stadium short walk from the hotel.

The room was family-friendly, had essentials, like body wash and a bath. The breakfasts were free and good with the eggs were congealed, especially for vegetarians plus burnt pancakes food. The location was handy and ideal, for example, Claudelands Park was relatively near the hotel.

I was here for 1 night and ate at in-house restaurant for breakfast. It was equipped with a lounge area and a couch. The location was particularly good and perfect - ease of access to a performing arts theater. The service was friendly, including a friendly check-in. The best part were the outstandingly accommodating and super friendly staff.

Came in Hamilton to relax and have fun, this great budget hotel was excellent base for doing it. The room I had was a nice size with 3 beds and the staff was friendly efficient.

I had well priced room with a rather comfy bed. The location was good and unbeatable because it was adjacent to the FMG stadium and shops & restaurants. The service provided there was friendly!

They were available for assistance 24 hours a day, they were extremely friendly and made you feel right at home we were very impressed with this motor inn, The room we stayed in suited our group and our needs and I would stay there again in the future.

We got held up due to an accident and the staff were happy to accomodate a late check in. Amazing value for money and very comfortable bed!

Soap dispensers were empty. Staff wrote down credit card number wrong, had to turn around after leaving as they were claiming my card was declining, this was extremely rude.

We had a warm and cosy motel room at Heartland Ambassador. The beds were really comfortable and we enjoyed having a small kitchenette and dining area. It was so convenient to have Pac N Save right across the street for groceries, and the option for breakfast at the hotel was a nice touch. Despite the cold weather, we couldn't resist taking a peek at the pool and hot tub – they looked inviting! The guest laundry was very handy, and we appreciated the reasonable price and the change provided by the reception.
